Definitions

Bonuses & Promotions

Game Rules & Fairness

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lgg777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. lgg777's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Termination of Account

lgg777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• At lgg777's sole discretion, where continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to lgg777's interests, regulatory obligations, or responsible gaming commitments.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, any Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the User via their verified payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to lgg777, subject to applicable KYC and regulatory requirements.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting lgg777 support. Pending wagers will be settled in the normal course before closure is completed.

Amendments to These Terms

lgg777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lgg777 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by displaying a prominent notice on the homepage or in Account notifications.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
